Prairie State College needed its main student parking lot reconstructed with all new LED lighting. Gallagher Asphalt was the contractor of choice. After a soft base course was encountered in the parking lot, this project required value engineering which provided a stronger parking area while saving the school money. All parties were proud to have completed this project early—before school was back in session.
